What happens after the hair laser treatment?
There is no downtime after during laser hair removal treatment with the Syneron E-Lase System. Occasionally patients experience a slight degree of redness around the treated area after treatment. The redness goes away after a few hours, but can take longer. We strongly recommend that patients avoid exposing the area to be treated to the sun for three to four weeks before their treatment and one to two weeks afterwards. A sunscreen with an SFP50, such as the Heliocare SPF Gel Cream, should be used on a regular basis.
